When you want to change your grant cellphone or banking details, you will receive two SMSes to complete the process.
- SMS 1: Contains the link to update your personal and banking details
- SMS 2: Contains the link for the biometric verification process online
It’s a one-time activity and failure to complete the SASSA’s biometric verification will result in your grant getting suspended.
