2. You will get an automated response then you must reply with the text “Status”
3. You will get another automated response then reply “Yes” if you have a reference number
4. Reply the automated message with your mobile number (this must be the number you used when applying for the grant
5. Then in the final step, you must reply with your reference number to get the balance

1. On your cellphone dial *120*3210#
2. Carefully follow the prompts till the last step

3. Check Balance at ATMs

If you hold the SASSA card, then checking your balance at ATMs must be your most preferred, follow these steps to get your balance:

• Next, choose the option for “Balance inquiry”.
• Next, choose the option to print the balance receipt or display it on the ATM screen.
